Just a couple steps…

We start by really rolling up our sleeves with you to make sure your mini brochure fits well into your marketing mix. Many of our clients end up saving money before we even get their mini brochure into the marketplace. We also look at all of the ways your mini brochure can complement your current marketing efforts such as your social media campaigns, online stores, trade shows and events, etc. This process usually takes about an hour. Yep, it’s easy peasy and often fun!

During this consultation, we will often end up coming up with a layout of your mini brochure and give you a wee bit of homework such as fetching us some images and providing us with your logo etc. Most people take about 2-5 days to return get their items into us to work on their design. Need help with images? No worries, we’re pretty resourceful :) Here is a link to our mini brochure template. Feel free to download, print, and sketch out your ideas.

Once we have the template drawn out, figured out what we want to say, and received any photos we might need, we will have your first proof usually within 3 business days. Once approved you will be put on the next print run and head off to press. Your mini brochure will be printed in Edmonton and stored in our heated storage unit in Alberta.

Here’s where things get exciting! I have 10 new desktop racks in our storage locker itching to join our current mini brochure distribution routes once we have all of the new stock printed this fall.

Lorie and her husband Oscar are your friendly distribution team in the Bow Valley. They live a stone’s throw away from our storage locker in Canmore and absolutely love their life in Rockies! When this busy couple isn’t hard at work they can be found exploring the trails of Banff and Canmore, participating in their church activities, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Did you know that we provide a certified distribution service? We use an smartphone app that is really cool. It allows me to assign the routes to our distribution reps where they log in and check off each location as they go. They even take pictures of the racks and maps at each location after delivery for extra accountability! That means peace of mind for you that your advertising dollars are hard at work!
